The fastest and easiest way to schedule your appointment with the doctor is to contact our office at (954) 370-1900.
One of our staff members will promptly schedule you with a convenient time to see the doctor. For your convenience we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out.
Please don’t delay as the majority of health conditions tend to worsen or recur without the appropriate care. If you would like to talk to one of us prior to coming in, please feel free to call. If you happen to call during our patient hours don’t worry we will be happy to return your call in the evening. Map and directions
From either I-95 or the Florida Turnpike, take I-595 west to Pine Island Rd. Make a right off the exit and we are immediately located on the left hand side of the street in the Turtle Run Shoppes. You will have to go to the first traffic light to make a left hand turn to get into the shopping center. We are located next to the golf store.
From the Sawgrass Expressway or I-75, take I-595 east to Pine Island Rd. Make a left off the exit and we are immediately located on the left hand side of the street in the Turtle Run Shoppes. You will have to go to the first traffic light to make a left hand turn to get into the shopping center. We are located next to the golf store.
